We conducted regular meetings with the client to identify necessary repairs and establish a clear work scope, consulted with tenants to confirm preferences, such as colour schemes for external elements, carried out the repair and upgrade works with minimal disruption, and completed sign-off inspections to confirm satisfaction.
The Result
Tenants now enjoy a significantly improved standard of living, with upgraded properties and well-maintained surroundings. The streets in the area are brighter and cleaner, fostering a stronger sense of community pride. The project received positive feedback from both the client and tenants, reinforcing our role as a reliable and customer-focused contractor.
