1.1 “Company” refers to JS Maintenance & Construction. 1.2 “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging our services. 1.3 “Services” encompass building solutions, maintenance, brickwork, roofing, damp and mould treatment, structural repairs, and related work. 1.4 “Website” refers to https://jsmaintenance.uk/.

2. Use of Website

2.1 The content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice. 2.2 Unauthorised use of this website, including misuse or attempted disruption, may result in legal action. 2.3 Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content

3. Services

3.1 The Company provides maintenance and construction services for private and public sector clients across South East England. 3.2 Services include, but are not limited to: Building Solutions & Maintenance | Brickwork & External Repairs | Windows & Repair Care | Roofing Services | Damp & Mould Treatment | Structural Repairs | Internal Renovations | Concrete Repairs, Restoration & Maintenance. 3.3 All services are subject to availability and agreement of a formal contract.

4. Quotations and Payment

4.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if additional work is required. 4.2 Payment terms will be specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges. 4.3 We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods. 4.4 Full payment may be required before commencing certain projects.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information related to their project. 5.2 Access to the site must be granted as needed for work completion. 5.3 Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or permits unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

6.1 The Company holds comprehensive insurance, including £5m Public Liability, Product Liability, and Pollution Contamination, as well as £10m Employers Liability. 6.2 We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or third-party actions. 6.3 Any damage caused by the Client’s negligence or failure to follow our advice is not covered by our liability.

7. Warranty and Defects

7.1 The Company provides a warranty for work completed as per the agreed contract. The duration will be specified in the agreement. 7.2 Clients must notify us of any defects within the warranty period for appropriate action. 7.3 Warranty claims do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised alterations.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the contract with written notice under specific conditions, such as breach of terms or failure to pay. 8.2 Upon termination, the Client must settle any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Data Protection

9.1 The Company complies with GDPR and Data Protection Act regulations to ensure your personal information is stored securely. 9.2 For details on how we use and protect your data, refer to our Privacy Policy. 9.3 Clients can contact us at info@jsmaintenance.uk to request access, modification, or deletion of their personal data.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 10.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
